Yes. You can submit physical artwork, digital artwork, or both. Both formats share the same physical venue in Manhattan, giving screen and wall artists equal visibility. Please submit separate forms for each type so our curatorial team can link them.

NxEra is a nomadic gallery. We activate premier Manhattan venues. Locations change based on exhibition scale. Check our current exhibition page. We frequently secure East Village, Tribeca, and Chelsea spaces.

Our hours vary by exhibition, but we generally open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (with adjusted evening hours during opening receptions). Please check our current exhibition page before visiting.

No. Artists are not required to travel to New York. Our team completely manages the installation and curation process.

If the exhibition is in a country that requires a visa, you may need one. For example, if the exhibition is taking place in New York, a US visa may be required.
The artist is responsible for applying for a visa and all other legal procedures.
Nxera Art Gallery does not guarantee a visa; however, it can provide an official invitation letter to artists who request it..

Artists handle all logistics, costs, and duty fees, including marking items for "exhibition-only".

You can send your artwork with frame or without frame ( only canvas)
The artwork with frame has to be ready to be hanged. If it is on watercolor paper or other media that is not stretched canvas, the artwork has to be framed with a glass frame.
The canvas artworks without frame (only canvas) presented without frame. We don’t have canvas stretching service.Shipping canvases (without frame) rolled in tubes is recommended to minimize risk and cost.
Please make sure to include a Commercial invoice and indicate that is "just for the exhibition purposes only and the artwork will be returned after the exhibition. In some cases, you will need to select the option "Pay in advance the customs fees" so the artwork is not held at the US customs border. Include your email address so that you can be informed of any additional information regarding the custom. Talk to your shipping provider about the best option to send the artwork to USA and what document is needed.

The shipment back of unsold artwork has to be arranged one -two weeks after the exhibition.
